GB/T 50430 Construction quality management systems

GB/T50430, also known as the Quality Management Specification for Engineering Construction Enterprises, is a standard drafted by the Chinese Ministry of Construction to strengthen the quality management of engineering construction enterprises. It standardizes a series of processes for construction enterprises, including engineering bidding, signing of construction contracts, site survey, design of construction drawings, preparation of construction related work instructions, entry of personnel and materials, management and inspection of the construction process, internal completion acceptance, completion delivery acceptance, departure of personnel for file transfer, and warranty services.

Its purpose is to promote the comprehensive implementation of GB/T50430 by construction enterprises, further strengthen and implement quality responsibility, improve enterprise self-discipline and quality management level, and promote the scientific, standardized, and legal quality management of construction enterprises.
